Reservation can be made at least one (1) day before usage date.
Reservations for immediate use are subject to room availability. Reservations must be made 30 minutes before prior to use.
Discussion room capacity is three (3) to eight (8) people atthe Central Library, three (3) to ten (10) people at T.J Danaraj Medical Library and Tan Sri Prof. Ahmad Ibrahim Law Library.
Extension is permitted provided there are no reservations by other users and should be made 10 minutes before it expires.
The rooms that are booked and not used witihn 15 minutes will be given to other user.
All users must abide the rules and regulations. The library privileges will be suspended if the rules are violated
