Important Notice: Updated Book Hold Collection Period (3 Days)

Due to the high volume of book hold requests and to ensure fair and timely access for all users, please be informed that effective immediately, the hold collection period has been shortened from 7 days to 3 days.

Reserved items will be kept at the library for 3 days from the notification date.If the item is not collected within this period, the hold will be automatically cancelled, and the book will be returned to the shelf to allow other users to access it.

This update helps us improve service efficiency and ensures that library materials can be shared more equitably among the UM community.
